Hosting starts when your website is live

Hosting is prepaid monthly or annually and starts when your website goes live with us. Annual prepay costs ten monthly payments and covers twelve months. An agreed one-off rebuild is charged separately. Your quote confirms the service, GST, domain eligibility and any setup work before payment.

Cancel at any time

You can cancel renewal at any time. Your service remains available until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current paid period.

Late payments

We allow a short payment grace period, shown in your account. After that, new changes pause until payment is received. We keep hosting online and retain your download access.

Your website belongs to you

Your website and supplied content remain yours. You can download the website files and content we hold for you. Third-party software or media may have their own licences; we identify dependencies during the handover.

Updates and approval

The update plan includes text changes with a fair-use review around 300 confirmed changes per month. Draft revisions do not count separately. New content and larger work are confirmed in your quote. Publishing starts immediately after you approve a ready proof, subject to the connected website and a paid subscription or its grace period.
