What we collect
We collect account and company details, website addresses, your instructions, interview answers and files you choose to provide so we can deliver and support your service. Account sign-in uses Amazon Cognito. Company and service records use the existing Lightning Developments Supabase database.
Preparing website changes
Automated drafting may send your instructions and relevant website content to OpenAI. We send the selected website’s context and validate proposed changes before presenting a proof. You approve a ready proof before it is published. Browser voice typing uses the speech service provided by your browser.
Who can see it
Your assigned users and authorised Lightning staff can access the records needed for your service. Company membership and website permissions determine customer access. We don’t put your private proofs in search results.
Website analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public website and which guides and plans are useful. We exclude the private portal and proofs, and do not send chat messages, form values or address-bar query strings to website analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

Contact hello@lightningdevelopments.com to ask about, correct or request removal of your information. Some records may need to be retained for billing or service history.
