Website updates
How to change your website with Arc.
Ask for a change, check the private proof, then approve it to publish. Here is how the Lightning plan works.
Ask Arc in your portal
Sign in, choose the right company and website, then select the page. Tell Arc what you want changed in ordinary language. For example: “Change the main heading to A fresh start for your garden.” Add a picture or screenshot if it helps explain.
One page or the whole website?
Choose This page for wording on a particular page. Choose Whole website for a shared style such as your button shape or accent colour. If the scope is unclear, we ask before applying a shared change. New blogs use the supplied title and article and the connected website template.
Preview before publishing
Supported requests become a private proof. Your live website stays as it is while you review. You can update your instructions and prepare another draft. Approval is tied to the exact revision, and an outdated proof cannot overwrite a newer live version.
Approve, and it is live
When an authorised person approves a ready proof, publication starts immediately. There is no extra manual approval queue. You can review previous versions and prepare a proof to restore an earlier version if needed. Preparation time depends on the request; unsupported work is saved for help rather than presented as finished.
Can a human help with complex changes?
Yes. You can order complex changes to be done manually by our team. Manual work is charged by the hour, with the hourly rate, scope and estimate agreed before starting.
What the NZ$99 plan includes
Lightning combines hosting and text updates at NZ$99 + GST per month per website. Both plans include AWS hosting, CDN, SSL, platform security, free domain registration and DNS. Fair use is reviewed around 300 confirmed updates per month. Draft revisions are not separate confirmed changes. New content, larger design work and platform compatibility are confirmed in your quote.
