Hosting and registration are separate
You may be able to keep your domain registered with Crazy Domains while moving the website to Lightning. We’ll check the right route before asking for a code.
Find the Registry Key
Open Domain Manager, select the domain’s three-dot menu, choose Registry Key, and copy the code. Crazy Domains says NZ codes reset after 30 days, so get a current one when the transfer is ready.

Use the registrar’s account recovery process if you cannot access the account or registrant email. We can explain the steps, but a website address alone does not authorise a domain transfer.
