How to export a HubSpot website and landing pages
HubSpot can export page, blog and template HTML. Its forms, customer records and marketing connections need a separate handover.
Use the website export, not a traffic report
HubSpot provides an HTML export for website pages, landing pages, blog posts and templates. A report export is different: it contains page data and metrics, not the HTML content of the site.
You need Super Admin or the relevant Publish permission for the HTML export. If an agency manages your account, ask them to arrange it with you.

Download the HTML export
- In HubSpot, open Content and choose Website Pages, Landing Pages or Blog. Some accounts put Content under More.
- Open Actions and choose Export all pages and blog posts (HTML). Confirm Export in the dialogue.
- Save the download from the email or notification when it is ready. Template files are placed in the export’s Styles folder.

Save structured blog data if you need it
The Blog area also has an Export blog posts action for data formats such as CSV. That can help when rebuilding a searchable blog rather than simply copying the published pages.
Keep the original pictures and documents you want to reuse. Check that the final site has its own required assets, rather than depending on links that might disappear with a subscription.

Decide what will keep running in HubSpot
Exported HTML should not be treated as a copy of your whole marketing operation. Make a separate plan for forms, customer records, email follow-ups, tracking, gated downloads and any personalised content.
You may want to keep HubSpot as your customer system while moving the public website. Tell us which services you intend to retain, so we can assess the connections and confirm any ongoing provider costs.
Check a complete enquiry before switching
With Lightning, we inspect the export and agree whether to adapt the pages or rebuild. You receive a private preview. We check key page addresses and test a form submission through to the intended destination.
Keep the existing site and required HubSpot services active until the replacement is approved and the live switch is checked. Your domain registration and email arrangements are considered separately.
These guides cover the provider’s published export options. Menus and plan access can change. We assess your particular website before confirming a transfer or rebuild.
